This is documented because I, Richard Lee Hicks, am a victim of time travelers from 203 years henceforth that are in this timeline now primarily to hide from another company department due to cocaine usage at XBOX Corporation that is a subsidiary from their corporate back east and now relocated to Seattle, Washington USA where I reside.

The time travelers are stalking me because of something I do in the future that I cannot say what it is because it hasn’t happened yet, and they lie a lot. Thus, I’m compelled to let it play out. The purpose of this webpage is about time travel and not other future uncertainties that they likely screwed up.

Some material here might seem unnecessary, excessive and repetitive discussion for the objective to get them to leave this timeline, but this is my story about the problems they’ve caused me due to their problems.

Another problem is whether their visitation is because of a time loop and is an alternate timeline from what they knew. Einstein called it a closed time-like curve. I hope that if so, the possible time loop can be broken so no other Richard (Rick) Hicks or anyone else has to go through an unwanted time traveler situation.

The time travelers are dysfunctional due to drug usage and no supervision except to obtain drugs the stalk and abuse me. I’m skeptical of much they said like where they’ve been historically and their satellite technology used, but absolutely they are always here stalking 24/7.

They have mentioned some of what their timeline is like but for that now is another story. Hint: their timeline is near to the timeline of the original Star Trek (set beginning in 2265) which shames them because of our sci-fi expectations and aliens. However, as a teaser alien life will be found on Mars as permafrost algae in the next century after a Mars base establishment.

Washington State stalking bill HB 1383 will not help me now, although I provided testimony in 2013 to get it passed in Olympia due to another stalker in California (Patrick M. Takahashi) who stalked by proxy by phoning many others for surveillance and harassment. I feel like a psychopathic stalker magnet. That stalker was a psychopath who I worked for in 1988 and the House Bill established a means to obtain a restraining order that did nothing to stop an obsessed person. He strangely left the picture shortly after the time travelers showed up. Was Takahashi there as divine intervention training for the time travelers?

No justice for myself because time travelers cannot be prosecuted or sued, i.e., no precedent has been established. Thus, a wishful objective is to get time travel outlawed and on the law books to make it illegal to discourage criminals and their company-supported funding. That is unlikely because no court case can be put on trial to initiate a law, and they know that. They can’t be caught so no lawsuit will happen due to no evidence. A witness is confirmed that a time traveler talked to several times. I’m screwed and further injury will continue until they leave here or die having extended life expectancies to ours from advanced medical care and it’s not expected their Ph.D. leader to retire before a successor is established, so it will go on.

Others I talk to about time travelers are potential witnesses. However, Buck the primary problem and a psychopath lies to and influences them due to his ego of power and control. Possibly the time travelers are seen as threats, but they are threats only to me.

Literature about time travel being evil is restricted to Hollywood-created situations, but it clearly provides an escape for criminals. And they are evil.

A major issue is I am just one person experiencing time-traveler problems so getting something done to prevent time travel is not worth the time for lawmakers to take seriously.

Some of their known names are noted because they watch me edit this and likely do not like their names mentioned due to possible future contingencies.

To get media coverage for them leaving this timeline in embarrassment and the hope that the late-night comedy television takes advantage to humiliate them. What else can be done? The time travelers get away with illegal drug use addiction, and crime. I am frustrated because two local media contacts were made to KIRO news and they have not contacted me as requested appearing not interested although the morning news made some comments that I would only understand about Crosby (Ph.D.) and Buck. Buck’s stupidly told the Ph.D. he was talking to the media and then was told not to talk to media. Buck claims to want to leave our “primitive” timeline. The Seattle Times was also contacted.

What else attempted was writing President Obama twice; writing a local Senator and Congress persons; and “Mitzi” (now Buck) contacted comedian Conan O’Brien who verified the time travelers by comments on his show several times. Mr. Obama never replied possibly due to his limitation of reading ten letters a day following possible screening. The Washington State lawmakers contacted for guidance haven’t been heard from and this might be a joke to them.

How their stealth technology works to my best understanding is that time travelers are in a place that they call phase distortion or simply another dimension that their satellite technology puts them very slightly out of phase by a very slight angle rotation to the earth’s axis. And if true time travel is accomplished by the satellite that simulates the rotation of the earth in reverse to spin the earth back to the time desired. Reversing the earth’s spin would require a great deal of energy and time to get here or other timelines at the earth’s default rotational speed if not for technology to simulate a fast method to go to their past.

One might question why I mention my understanding of time travel technology when it should be outlawed and when other nations might develop it eventually. There is no good answer except for my creditability as a witness to it and current technology can’t time travel yet.

They supposedly recorded President Lincoln’s assassination; President Kennedy’s assassination from Oswald’s viewpoint; the Alamo, and other events that can be viewed in their timeline at their Smithsonian Museum. They have gone only where there is a known place and time so as to not have to wait and search around for events to happen. How difficult would it be to travel back e.g., to the construction of the Egyptian pyramids, ancient Greece, or Rome et al to record the civilizations? Those timelines lasted hundreds of years. Their known travels have been only in the United States for some reason. If it is due to satellite orbit position, then why not use other satellites or relocate the one to various orbits for historical world events? If the blood sites like the Alamo and the assassinations, that might imply in the future do I die or save lives, or die while saving lives? The time travelers being here makes no sense.

Evil governments or others having time travel technology could assassinate world leaders. If that is not reason enough to stop it then what is?

Their being here began when I heard several voices in my residence and wondered then what was going on, which was confirmed when their existence was made known by a gym’s staff. The time traveler exposure manifested itself when at the gym an employee mentioned the time travelers from talking to stalker psychopath Takahashi possibly possessed by a demon with knowledge of them, or time travelers that followed me there told the gym staff about themselves. A couple of them were seen at the gym out of their dimension and that was where a human hologram walked through me to intimidate me or to show off. I knew the 2 there were time travelers by how they talked.

Prior to the gym incident days following my disclosure that I knew of their existence to them, some appeared in approximately three or four 2/3-sized human figures made of different colored fluorescence-like lights one at a time over a few days as an introduction including their names. The leader Dave was yellow and held a briefcase of possible video recording technology with “XBOX” on it. None of them spoke looking like fluorescent-like picture stills. How they found me is unknown and why where I lived at the time because nothing was going on in my life. They took over the residence without permission from the rental owner including installing a fireplace that was a hologram or a real fireplace appearing in their dimension. There I saw Brian doing the install and why wasn’t there someone looking for me to come back for them to go back via a time portal? Also a downstairs meeting room was revealed by opening the outside door to a porch that appeared when I turned on a previously dead light switch. I was afraid to go in because of the thought I would not return from their world. Those technologies later disappeared or were made inaccessible. Was this an attempted trick to create a publicly known “first contact” with time travelers for a historical site in a residential neighborhood with limited visitor parking? I believe their Ph.D. leader and possible inventor of time travel feels entitled to stay and needs a reason to stay and have a presence here, and to hide his cocaine addiction.

Is “XBOX” their real name? Their deception is obvious and the name sounds like a cheap ripoff of a Microsoft game controller.

These time travelers have Dave with an unknown job title, but my best guess is an engineer, and being a cocaine dealer he keeps their loyalty by dealing cheap uncut/pure cocaine to coworkers to watch, hurt, and abuse. Dave made them “cokeheads”. Most are supplied with one gram per day except for Buck who claims to receive 3 grams per 2 shifts and rooms next to Dave. Buck never leaves to go to any home outside of their dimension while the others do. They’ve called it a prison working here which is a joke because I’m in their their prison with no escape. What is questionable is whether Dave is a drug trafficker as part of his reason to remain here.

Time travel first contact site

Buck is a cross-dresser transvestite, a.k.a. “Mitzi” to others tells me things due to his alpha-male huge ego. He is likely possessed by an evil spirit obsessed with doing harm and has claimed to be the Devil because of his own thoughts about his behavior of torment and admits he wants to destroy my life. (Are psychopaths magnets for demons?) Using mind control Buck rarely shuts up and repeats the same trash talk over and over day after day as well as contradicts himself to try to confuse me and to cover making mistakes that make him look stupid in attempting to appear smart. Buck has told others that I’m racist which has caused problems when actually he’s clearly one by everyday racial slurs.

ChatGPT OpenAI information states from a list of Buck’s behaviors: Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). He is a sick person who should be committed, institutionalized or in prison for my injuries and ongoing behavior and out of harm’s way.

On rare occasions, time travelers were seen in this timeline (Brian installing the fireplace) and partial ghostlike glimpses from their world that may be due to satellite technological error or programming tricks. Also, two at the gym were seen as noted earlier. The eccentrically dressed drag queen “Mitzi” was seen when I came home while she/he was shrinking and disappearing back through a time portal.

From their stealth world, they definitely are able to speak out loud to others and they can use portals to go in and out of a timeline but rarely done now except to steal several of my personal items. Two cars were put in phase distortion for fun knowingly getting away with it. “Mitzi” caused an accident with another car that was towed and sold at an auction. Supervision did nothing about it.

“Mitzi” first identified him as Dr. David Lee Crosby and surely a fake middle and surname. Buck claims to know no other coworker’s last names except the Ph.D. “Mitzi” once said her surname was Patterson so that might be Dave’s real surname because they appear to be married.

“Mitzi” to Buck was manifested by his sexually abusing me by way of our uniforms (see Mind Control below), and why would a lesbian do that? No, a gay man would. He admitted to being Buck first to coworkers and then myself and as the drag queen when seen once traveling back through a time portal.

An analogy to their behavior is kicking a wheelchaired person in the head for some crippling injuries.  Examples include assault and battery to dislocate my left shoulder by Brian and “Mitzi”, breaking and misconfiguring my left foot big toe by “Mitzi”, and Brian fracturing my right arm among other less serious injuries like being pushed to the ground from time portals that sometimes has caused bleeding, scaring and requiring emergency medical treatment. All those medical and hospital records were stolen.

Since the more recent Lennie hiring they began obtaining pet lizard-feeding roaches and releasing bugs in and out of portals mostly in the kitchen and bathroom for harassment, as well as ongoing spider bites and lately bed bug bites. It’s apparently fun to watch me kill bugs. Often they try to blackmail me and demand to talk to them and is an excuse for the bugs.

Mind Control: As farfetched as this sounds a uniform was dressed me by the Ph.D. while trying to sleep and similar to their uniforms that facilitate mind control. I did not know what was going on at the time being dressed in a “monkey suit” uniform or it would have been not allowed because invisible Dave didn’t make clear what it was for. Stupid me for allowing it. Hexes are like a witch’s spell and used to compel me to do things I would not normally do like to incite yelling at them and to “fight back!” at Buck or fight other non-time travelers. They are in my conscious at their will and definitely an invasion of privacy. This has caused great emotional distress at times because I cannot do anything about it while it is all great fun to some of the time travelers while high on cocaine. I have learned to control emotional distress with the attitude that Buck wants attention so none is given. I try not to think at all unless it’s necessary because the thoughts are repeated often by Buck as a show of power. Buck sometimes tells others a lie something insulting like “Rick Hicks said you’re ugly!” to instigate hate. He often uses mind control to manufacture sick dreams and has made me look stupid while trying to solve problems.

How can Buck put thoughts in my mind while talking unless he’s possessed or another time traveler does it, which is unlikely due to his need to be in control while being out of control himself?

Programmers of their garbage technology earn their keep to maintain employment there with weapons that are multi-buttoned functioned wands when pointed at me are threats. It is garbage technology because it’s intended for abuse. Recently the Ph.D. provided Buck, having seniority, with more advanced garbage technology to facilitate harm.

Possibly, divine intervention showed how they look as they wear full-bodied, bulky uniforms. Alternately that was a time traveler trick but from multiple recurring events, they are certainly wearing this technology. “Mitzi”, Brian, and two others at the gym in street clothes were seen before my “monkey suit” was on.

God introduced Himself by voice or telepathy while I worked part-time at a religious bookstore in 1975-76 near the Seattle Public Market and He wanted to look around inside.

Their original excuse for being here was to hide from the competition. What! for time travel? I am sure quack (for one their cocaine medication) Dave does other work to earn his keep there, but as I see it they have no legitimate reason to be here now other than to hide their cocaine usage. Other employees do dirty work for Dave.

Some of the time travelers want to leave here and go back to their timeline and many have quit leaving their dysfunctional organization while some appear to want to stay because they are unemployable in a poor job market for high school grads.

Buck claims they are an all-queer company and employ both sexes. I’m not gay and sometimes mistaken as that because of “Mitzi’s” or Buck’s mouth boasting about themselves, and because of my unwanted affiliation with them. No offense intended about gays but that’s how it is. I’m reluctant to have a girlfriend now because she would become a stalking victim while with me. And how creepy is it for a straight person to have invisible gays watch while showering?

My best estimation as a group, they have been here since 2014±1 year. What does not make sense is the House Bill for stalker Takahashi came in 2013 shortly before their presence, and the time travelers will not confirm their entrance.

“Mitzi”/Buck is a self-omitted psychopath and claimed he works while they continually stalk in two work shifts even while I sleep, and 3 to 5 employees a shift excluding the Ph.D. that hides out. Perhaps marriage to the Dave is why Buck is here and not in a psychiatric hospital/institution even while Brian was apparently fired for his violent tendencies. Was “Mitzi’s”/Buck’s assault and battery incidences and helping to dislocate my shoulder, breaking and misconfiguring my big toe bone and being pushed to the ground multiple times not violence?

Perhaps Satan is foaming at the mouth waiting for them to drop dead!
